Canon

Like I said. I sold my Nikon. And I bought a Canon. For some people its not that bigger deal. For some others it is.
My first SLR Camera was a Nikon F3, analog. I still have it, and maybe its the best camera I ever owned. Since the F3 I was a Nikon boy. And I'm still are! But right now a Canon 6D made more sense. Full frame for a good price. And I can use the lenses from my job which is really awesome!

But I'm sure I will go back to Nikon when the time is right. Would the Nikon Df be a little more cheaper, probably tomorrow!

Some weeks ago these arrived at my doorstep. I wanted a Janoski for quite some while. And I was really glad when I spotted these, still in my size, at TheGoodWillOut's online store. For daily use!

Berg Little Printer

I'm not so sure where this story began. Was it Kickstarter? Maybe a blog or anything. But one thing is for sure. I really fell in love!
When I first saw the Berg Little Printer, I was really keen! Immediately added their blog to my RSS reader and followed every step. Because at that time there was still the Pre-Ordering phase. At that time I was pretty petty sure that I will buy one if the production has started. But, oh well, I kinda forgot about it and this little guy was sold out.
But still very keen about this, I told a lot of friends. And on my Birthday back in march...the got me one! Well the money for it. Because the second run would be shipped around July. So now its July right now, and guess what? Its here. Video coming soon.

But right quick:

The little printer connects the digital world to the "old" print world. In your online account you choose from various small API applications what you little printer should print and what time. So from the latest New York Times News to the Bun B Rapper Coloring Book there is a lot to choose from. And all this on some cash slip paper. Great, right? Well, I love it!

Nike Roshe Run & Nike Air Max 180 OG

As I already told you, I was in Stuttgart. Stuttgart without pickups? Impossible! I initially was on the hunt for some denim or at leas a chino. Found some Acne stuff which was on sale but obviously not in my size. Im too tall. Thats what my 22 years of lifetime thought me. Oh well.

Got some sneakers instead. Can't complain, haha! Wanted some Roshe Run's for quite a while now. SneakerB0B posted a nice review some while back. And I just heard good things about the Roshe. And I'm really happy. Great feel and simple CW. I went a size down, because the US11 felt a little bit big. Don't know the last time I bought a US10, ha! Got them from Suppa by the way!

I also went to Foot Locker. The last few years I`ve been disappointed. But in Cologne I got the Jordan I`s in my size. And now? Air Max 180 vntg. For under 100$. Size 11 was available so I had to pull the trigger. Wanted this for so long. Its not everyones cup. But still one of my favorite shoes. Maybe my grails, who knows right? I'm happy!

The Polaroid SX-70

This is in the queue for quite some time! So I found this Polaroid SX-70 at a local flea market for real cheap! Condition is nearly brand new. No-brainer!

Two recent pickups. Kanye West - Yeezus was a no-brainer! And this Mont Blanc wallet was, well a no-brainer too. Price was right!

So! Like I promised a short birthday round up. No big party this year. Just a chilled day. With the ones I love.
Got some awesome presents. These are not all. And the biggest one isn't here yet. I will blog separately  about it so stay tuned.
Got this nice penny skateboard I wanted for so long, some Ron Zacapa Rum (if you know this I don't have to explain) and I bought myself an iPad mini. As you may know I got the iPad 2. But the size wasn't right. It was always Macbook or iPad. Because they have the same size. Now? I'm happy! The iPad mini is just great!
